a. We take maximum four assignments per day on first cum first basis.
b. On the date of Booking a sum of rupees is to be deposited in advance equals to INR 20,000/25,000/30,000 of total amount depending upon the financial strength of the customer.
c. Balance 85 per cent amount payment is to be paid before 15 days of the function and rest 15 per cent will be paid 2 days before the function after the subtraction of the advance amount of INR 20,000/-/25,000/-/30,000/-
d. D.In case the number of plate increases than expected number, extra amount has to be paid as per extra plate on the same day of function before the closure of the function.
e. At the end of the function number of plate count will be done in presence of both the parties, Final of plate count and menu should be informed 10 days in advance in any case. If the excess guest is up to 10%...caterer can able to serve according to the prevailing rate. In case of higher guests more than 10 per cent, Caterer will not be responsible for the insufficient food due to excess guests.
f. Agreement will be initiated after making the advance payment i.e. INR 20,000/25,000/30,000/-
g. Violation of agreement by the management may be in case of electricity failure (not provided), bandh, natural calamity and lockdown.
h. We don’t accept cash as payment. Payment should be made through account payee cheque / online transfer in the favour of Swastik Cuisine Eagles. If the customer pays any single Indian currency in cash /cheque / online transfer to the Employees/Associates of Swastik Cuisine Eagles the organization will not consider the payment and the customer is solely responsible for the such event.
i. Once order is placed no cancelation is accepted in any circumstances only in case of unavoidable reason (Electricity Failure/Bandh/Lockdown/Natural Calamity). The paid amount can be adjusted for the next performance.
j. The rate of contract per plate will remain valid for twelve months duration and if function is happened after the specific date after 12 months rate may be enhanced as per the market price applied.
k. Taxes are applicable.
l. Garbage cleaning at the venue is not part of the Swastik Cuisine Eagles.
m. Quality of food will be given granted by the caterer till end of the function day and the available cooked food will be handed over to the customer.
n. Catering services buyer/Customer will be solely responsible for the belongings i.e crockeries and cutleries if broken or damaged intentionally or unintentionally then Catering services buyer has to repay for the item.
o. The Catering services buyer/Customer is solely responsible for the own belongings...The Catering Partner is not responsible at any circumstances for the lost/misplaced/absent/irrecoverable items.
p. Rates are based on per plate Minimum head count of 300
q. The Customer is solely responsible to arrange for the water supply/Electricity/Cooking Shed/Dining area provided to us.
